GCIP/NESOB-97: NOAA 405Mhz Profiler Dataset

Summary

The NESOB-97 National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) 405 MHZ Wind Profiler Network Dataset consists of hourly winds from sixteen NOAA Profiler Network (NPN) sites. The profiles contain total wind speed, wind direction, U and V wind components, and altitude. No additional quality control was performed. When attempting to preview a profile, use altitude and either wind direction or speed since pressure is always missing. Please see the README for more details.
