Thermal Soil Properties for Ivotuk and Council [Beringer, J.]
Summary
This dataset contains thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity and heat capacity for each ATLAS site in Ivotuk and Council. For each site, soil samples were taken randomly within the 100X100m site grid using a 20cm diameter soil corer. Samples were taken to a depth of approximately 10cm below mineral soil. Five samples from each site were collected and placed in garbage bags and kept cool until laboratory analysis could be undertaken. For more information, please see the read-me file.
