SGP99: NWS Mandatory and Significant Level Sounding Data

Summary

The SGP99 Mandatory and Significant Level Sounding data set contains sounding data extracted from the NOAA/FSL radiosonde database for 15 sites bounded by 33N, 40N, -107W and -91W. These data have not been changed or quality controlled by UCAR/JOSS. Refer to the README file for more details.
