PECAN: FP1 ARM Central Facility Radiosonde Data
Summary
The Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) program routinely releases radiosondes at 00, 06, 12, and 18 UTC from its Central Facility located near Lamont, Oklahoma and during PECAN they also did a number of special releases typically at 15 and 21 UTC. This data set includes the quality controlled PECAN Fixed PISA 1 ARM Central Facility soundings released for the PECAN field phase (1 June to 16 July 2015). A total of 221 quality-controlled, high vertical resolution (2-second) soundings are contained in the final PECAN data set.
