FP2 UMBC Doppler Lidar Line of Sight Wind Data

Summary

This data set contains the line of sight wind observations from the UMBC Leosphere 200S Doppler Lidar that was located at the PECAN Fixed PISA 2 site in Greensburg, Kansas. The data files are in the default tab-delimited format of the Leosphere software. Also included in this data set are jpg imagery files of the PPI and RHI scans.

    For this version the only change was an updated readme file that notes that a constant radial velocity bias of +0.5 m/s was found after the completion of PECAN operations and users should be sure to subtract this offset from the radial velocity before doing any calculations.
