PECAN: Multi-Network Composite Highest Resolution Radiosonde Data

Summary

This data set contains a composite of the highest vertical resolution (i.e. the "native resolution") upper air sounding data from all sources for the Plains Elevated Convection at Night (PECAN) project. The composite includes 3488 soundings from all PECAN Fixed and Mobile PISA (PECAN Integrated Sounding Array; FP and MP respectively) sounding systems and MGAUS mobile soundings as well as those from the National Weather Service.
