CaPE NASA/KSC LDAR

Summary

NASA/KSC implemented a new Lightning Detection And Ranging (LDAR) system in the KSC/CCAFS area. LDAR is a seven-stationVHF, time of arrival network (100 microsecond) capable of detecting both cloud-to-ground and intra-cloud lightning in 3 dimensions.
