VCSEL 25Hz Water Vapor Data

Project:

Summary

This data set contains 25 Hz water vapor mixing ratio data from the VCSEL (Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser) hygrometer that was deployed on the NSR/NCAR GV HIAPER aircraft during the SOCRATES (Southern Ocean Clouds Radiation Aerosol Transport Experimental Study) field season.

  • 1.0 (2020-05-14)
  • 2.0 (2021-09-07):

The main change is to apply a more strict QA/QC that filters out more problematic samples. The mixing ratio values have been rounded up to three significant digits.
