NOAA P-3 Cloud Probe Data
Summary
This data set contains the observations from the Droplet Measurement Technologies (DMT) cloud probes that were deployed on the NOAA P-3 aircraft for flights over the southeastern United States during VORTEX-SE 2018. The probes included the Cloud Droplet Probe (CDP), Precipitation Imaging Probe (PIP), Cloud Imaging Probe (CIP), Hot-Wire Liquid Water Sensor, and Cloud and Aerosol Spectrometer (CAS). The particle-by-particle data from the CDP is also included.
