ICICLE: National Weather Service High Resolution Radiosonde Data

Summary

This data set includes 866 quality controlled NWS (National Weather Service)  soundings released at ten sites throughout the western Great Lakes region  during the ICICLE (In-Cloud Icing and Large-Drop Experiment)  field phase (26 January to 9 March 2019). Eight of the stations are available  at 1-second vertical resolution (703 soundings) and two stations are available  at mandatory and significant level resolution (163 soundings).
