CNRM Icing Indexes
Summary
Two icing indexes in GRIB format computed at the National Center for Meteorological Research (CNRM) using outputs from Meteo-France's global forecast system ARPEGE. The current operational icing index is based on an empirical linear combination of temperature and humidity. The new icing index was built using an automatic algortihm, and is described in the attached document Cassas-2017-new-icing-index.pdf.
