TORUS_2019: NOAA P-3 Video Data
Summary
This data set contains the videos from the left, right, nose, and downward pointing cameras that were on-board the NOAA P-3 aircraft for flights over the plains region of the United States during the TORUS_2019 (Targeted Observation by Radars and UAS of Supercells 2019) field season. The videos are in Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) and mp4 (MPEG-4) format.
