Summary
NOAA/AOC operated a Lockheed Orion WP-3D turboprop from 5 Feb - 10 March 1992 (9 flights). The flight level data consists of housekeeping (time, position and performance) and state parameters (temperature, moisture and winds) at 1-sec resolution.
