2DC and 2DP Raw Base Files and Housekeeping

Summary

This dataset contains the raw image data from the PMS 2DC and 2DP probes. Each file contains the data for both probes.2D-C, cloud probe, there are 32 25um diodes for a sample aperture 0.8 mm wide. 2D-P, precipitation probe, there are 32 200um diodes, for a sample aperture of 6.4 mm.

  • 1.0 (2025-01-07):

    The 2DC data for the flights RF01 through RF10 is compromised. The true airspeed clock to the probe was fixed at 25 m/s resulting in the data being undersampled by 20% to 25% (particles are heavily squished).
