PERiLS_2022: SMART-R1 Radar Data

Summary

Observations from the University of Oklahoma SMART-R1 (Shared Mobile Atmospheric Research and Teaching Radar 1) mobile polarimetric Doppler radar that was deployed at locations around the southeastern United States for the PERiLS_2022 deployments that occurred on 22 March and 13 April 2022.
