Summary
Data from the University of Alabama-Huntsville (UAH) Mobile Atmospheric Profiling Network (MAPNet) radiosondes that were deployed at locations around the southeastern United States for five PERiLS 2023 deployments. The PERiLS deployments were on 16-17 February, 3, 24-25, and 31 March and 1 and 5 April 2023. The dataset includes data from the iMet radiosonde systems that were with the Mobile Integrated Profiling System (MIPS) and Rapidly Deployable Atmospheric Profiling System (RaDAPS) platforms as well as the Windsond systems that were with the Mobile Doppler Lidar & Soundings (MoDLS), Mobile Alabama X-Band (MAX), and Mobile Meteorological Mesonet Vehicle (M3V) platforms Measurements include vertical profiles of temperature, moisture and winds.
