PERiLS_2023: CopterSonde WxUAS Profile Data
Summary
Vertical profiles of temperature, moisture, and wind from the NOAA/NSSL CopterSonde uncrewed aerial system (UAS) that flew from three locations around the southeastern United States during the Propagation, Evolution and Rotation in Linear Storms (PERiLS) 2023 campaign. Flights were up to 1.52km above ground level and were conducted approximately every 30 minutes during an eight hour window leading up to the arrival of convection.
