CAESAR: Wyoming Cloud Radar (WCR) Level-2 Data

Summary

Preliminary Level 2 radar reflectivity and Doppler velocity data from the Wyoming Cloud Radar that was aboard the NSF NCAR C-130 aircraft for the CAESAR (Cold Air Outbreak Experiment in the Sub-Arctic Region) campaign. The Level 2 data contains profile data with merged up and down antenna products when both antenna were active.
