BAMEX: ARM 50 MHz Wind Profilers
Summary
This data set contains hourly vertical profiles horizontal wind speed and wind direction retrieved from the Department of Energy (DOE) Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Southern Great Plains (SGP) 50 MHz Radar Wind Profiler. The 50 MHz profiler was operated at the ARM SGP Central Facility near Lamont, Oklahoma. This data set covers the period from 20 May to 31 July 2003. These data are in netCDF format.
