T-REX: POES NOAA ATOVS AMSU-A Data
Summary
This data set contains AMSU-A (Advanced Microwave Sounding Unit-A) data from the NOAA POES satellites (K/L/M/N). These data were retrieved from the NOAA CLASS archive. The data are tar files, covering two days each of files in Level 1-b format. They cover the T-REX period (1 March to 30 April 2006). They cover the region from 34-40 N and 115-126 W.
