CALIPSO Data
Summary
A link to the NASA/LaRC Atmospheric Science Data Center CALIPSO (Cloud-Aerosol Lidar and Infrared Pathfinder Satellite Observations) data archive. CALIPSO provides information on the altitude of aerosol layers in the atmosphere. The CALIPSO satellite comprises three instruments, the Cloud-Aerosol Lidar with Orthogonal Polarization (CALIOP Lidar), the Imaging Infrared Radiometer (IIR), and the Wide Field Camera (WFC).
