FAC: Flow Around Cumuli

Summary

The Flow Around Cumuli (FAC) project was designed to make convergence measurements around cumulus clouds and thunderstorms. Such inflow and outflow information provided a critical test of convective models and was useful in determining the effect of moist convection on the environment.
