MEOW: Make Everything Operate Well

Summary

The Make Everything Operate Well (MEOW) project is a testing project to evaluate upgrades and field readiness of EOL instruments. The main objective of the summer 2024 project was to evaluate recent receiver upgrades of the HIAPER Cloud Radar (HCR) and a newly implemented daul-PRT pulsing scheme. During MEOW, HCR was operated on the ground in its Gulfstream-V pod.
