GCIP/GIST: Surface 15-minute Precipitation Composite

Summary

Fifteen minute composite of precipitation from all networks measuring precipitation (about 2700 sites). Data includes that from national, regional and special research network data sets. NOTE: Errors have been found in the ABRFC data in this composite. Please see the Data Remarks section of the Readme file for more information.
