ACE-1: R/V Discoverer H-TDMA 165nm Aerosol Data (leg 1)
Summary
This dataset contains measurements from the Hygroscopic Tandem Differential Mobility Analyser (H-TDMA) aboard the NOAA Discoverer during the ACE-1 voyage from Seattle, USA to Hobart, Australia. Measurements at 165 nm dry sizes were performed at 90% relative humidity. These data consist of date/time (UTC), relative humidity (DMA2), julian day, run no., dry size, 1st hydroscopic peak parameters (aerosol fraction, beta factor, growth dispersion factor), 2nd and 3rd hydroscopic peak parameters (if observed), and latitude/longitude. This dataset was quality assured and fulfilled a number of criteria based mainly on temperature and relative humidity stability in DMA2 and influence from ship pollution.
