SHEBA: Surface Measurements of Freezing Leads

Summary

This dataset contains surface measurements of leads as a part of the Surface Heat Budget of the Arctic Ocean (SHEBA) Project. Data has been compiled from Mobile Radiometric Platform (MRP) measurements and observations from the "Atlanta" and "Baltimore" NCAR Flux-Portable Automated Mesonet (Flux-PAM) stations. Observations were also made in situ and visually as reported in the logs. Included with the dataset are a read-me text file and two analysis files in PDF format.
