NCAR/EOL 5 minute ISFS surface flux data, flow corrected, geographic coordinate winds
Summary
Flow corrected 5 minute averages of surface flux data collected by the NCAR/EOL Integrated Surface Flux System (ISFS) during the CHEESEHEAD field campaign. These data have been quality controlled and are available in NetCDF format. The winds reported by the sonic anemometers have been rotated into geographic coordinates and corrected for the orientation of the sonic anemometers. A planar fit technique was used to apply this correction with respect to the flow through the sensor.
Note: A companion dataset is available that corrects for sonic orientation with respect to gravity.
Disclaimer: GPS positions of stations are not included in this dataset, but can be found at the ISFS Operations at CHEESEHEAD page linked below.
